General rental conditions:
  
  • Beds will be prepared at your arrival. A baby cot available prior to reservation.
  • You are kindly asked not to smoke in the house.
  
  • All bookings are provisional until secured with a 50% deposit.
  • The balance is due one month before your arrival.
  • A security deposit of 200€ is due at the beginning of your rental period.
  • From November to February a supplement for the heating applies.
 
  • Rental period starts on Saturday, 4 p.m. and ends on Saturday, 10 a. m.
  • From November to April shorter periods are possible with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • Payments are accepted in Euro cash or via bank transfer..
